Nomination & Application Process
We will answer two main questions: who should be awarded next year-5 recipient and speofically why they should receive the award and needed resources.
Why we decided to help?
The company believes it is important to have a positive impact on society and the communities where it operates. Therefore, the creation of a foundation allows us to channel our efforts and resources to collaborate with other foundations working on issues that are important to the company.

Our recent Digger Day event on August 10th brought joy and community spirit, supporting a great cause. Children and families had fun operating construction equipment and engaging in educational activities. Thanks to numerous families, we celebrated adventure and raised funds for The Care Foundation. We’re grateful to all participants, volunteers, and sponsors for making this day memorable and impactful.

Our first-ever Pickleball tournament fundraiser on June 24th exceeded expectations, with over 45 players and 12 dedicated volunteers showcasing the power of community spirit. The electrifying atmosphere and sale of event t-shirts added fun while raising additional funds for Friends of Children foundation. We are proud to have contributed to a cause close to our hearts, thanks to the overwhelming support received. A heartfelt thank you to all players, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who made this event a reality.

Foundation Launch event was at Worthington Pond Winery back in May last year. Great event. We gave out “Foundation” sweatshirts and asked everyone to nominate the non-profit most deserving of funds for 2023. We had great wine tasting and spread donated by Prudential!
